We are a traditional pilot gig rowing club based in Ilfracombe Harbour.

Formed in 2007, we are a very active club with nearly 100 members and  four boats. Lantern and Capstone are our fibre glass training boats and we have two wooden boats, replicas of the pilot boats and lifeboats used on our coast 200 years ago, Rapparee and Rogue.

We can regularly be seen training from Ilfracombe Harbour or setting off on recreational rows along our beautiful coastline. We have three competitive squads - men's, women's and juniors' - and travel throughout the South West competing against other gig clubs.

We had a great home regatta in June. Report and photos here!

Many thanks to the GEORGE & DRAGON in Ilfracombe who held a quiz night for us recently!
We had a great evening and raised £195!
Many thanks to everyone who came along, and everyone who donated prizes.

The Scilly Season
